Premier real estate developer Federal Land Inc. is seeing an uptrend in the high-end residential segment, following the sustained demand for its Japanese-inspired luxury property, The Seasons Residences.
Federal Land said The Seasons Residences has maintained its value given its prime location in Bonifacio Global City.
Federal Land, with its 50 years of industry experience, is optimistic about this upward trajectory, citing a recent report released by Colliers Philippines that highlighted how the luxury segment remains stable and strong throughout the pandemic and in the new normal.
According to Colliers, 26.3 percent of all condominium takeups in the first half of the year are from the luxury segment.
Case in point, only a few units are left in the first two towers of The Seasons Residences, prompting Federal Land to launch early this year the third tower, Aki Tower, in response to the growing demand of condo buyers and investors for units with distinctly Japanese features.
“Investors continue to look for properties that would meet their needs in the long-term, from proximity, to commercial areas and green spaces, to access to lifestyle experiences. These factors are crucial as the country moves forward into a post-pandemic future. The demand for well-built and well-planned spaces is realized more these days. And this is what we offer with The Seasons Residences,” said Margarita Saenz-Resurreccion, Federal Land Sales Group head.
Inspired by the seasons of Japan, The Seasons Residences is the first residential project with a distinct Japanese concept in the country.
Its podium level will be the home of the country’s first Mitsukoshi. The four-story mall brings to the country the ultimate Japanese shopping experience with well-curated selection of brands, its signature depachika or basement level food hall, and omotenashi or Japanese hospitality.
The Seasons Residences is designed with precision. It fuses Japanese design efficiency with the Filipino sense of community to feature Japanese innovations such as earthquake-resistant technology, sunken slab or below-floor drainage system for easy maintenance and repairs, air-washing tiles that minimize excess humidity and odor, kitchen floor storage, space-saving kitchen sink, and Japanese-branded shower toilets.
“We are raising the standards of property development with The Seasons Residences. Its architecture and design are like no other; its amenities cater to the various lifestyle needs of our future residents; and its value offers a sure ROI (return on investments) for our investors,” said Saenz-Resurreccion.
In 2021, The Seasons Residences bagged the five-star award for Best Residential High-Rise Development in the Philippines at the International Property Awards Asia-Pacific, which is the largest, most prestigious, and widely recognized program throughout the region.
