Eton Properties adopts to the new normal

Eton Properties Philippines has implemented stricter precautionary measures to ensure a safe environment in its various commercial, office, and residential developments.

Among the initiatives include regular sanitation and disinfection, social distancing guidelines, and enabling digital access for its customers.

Regular sanitation, face masks and thermal scanning are new way of life. Alcohol dispensers are readily available in building entrances.

Pre-entry temperature checks are enforced in all Eton developments

At The Mini Suites, the company’s hospitality brand, the frontdesk, security, and housekeeping staff wear personal protective equipment (PPE).

In Eton malls and condos, elevators and escalators are marked with floor signage and ferry 50 percent of its original capacity.

In Eton Centris, Quezon City mall goers are required to be at least two meters apart from eacother. Limited entry and exit points and one-way foot traffic are also implemented. Air-conditioning at Eton Centris are kept to 26 degrees Celsius to prevent people from congregating in the mall.

Eton Properties has partnered with an on-demand services app MyKuya for its users to have their meals and errands delivered. The service is available in Eton Centris and Eton Cyberpod Corinthian in Quezon City, and Eton Tower Makati and Eton WestEnd Square in Makati City.

Eton Properties also encourages its tenants and partners to do cashless transactions.
