DMCI Homes’ first luxury condominium development is ready for turnover starting middle of next year.
The company said construction on the project, located on Jackson avenue Asiaworld City, Parañaque, has been progressing well.
As of October this year, DMCI Homes has topped off the first two buildings of the three-building project, Lauderdale and Westport.
Lauderdale and Westport stand 16-storey and 15-storey, tall respectively.
The third building, the 13-storey high Aston, meanwhile, is slated for turnover in December 2021.
Oak Harbor Residences, which was launched in the fourth quarter of 2016, is the first and only luxury waterfront property in Bay City developed by DMCI Homes Exclusive–the premium brand of the country’s first Quadruple A builder-developer.
Occupying almost 12,000 square meters of prime land, Oak Harbor Residences is targeting investors, expats, and leisure-seekers.
Tucked in a secluded portion of the Bay City right in front of the Manila Bay, the exclusive enclave is surrounded by verdant greeneries and landscaped gardens. Its luxe set of amenities tastefully are designed to complement the light and breezy feel of resort-living.
With the Bay serving as big inspiration, Oak Harbor Residences adopts an Asian contemporary theme, a fusion of early 20th century style and the latest techniques in architectural and home designs including cutting-edge materials that totally repel rust under various conditions.
