Royale Homes Marketing Corp., the marketing arm of Sta. Lucia Land is offering discounts on select residential properties.
In a statement, Royale Homes said these include properties within Saddle & Clubs Leisure Park in Naic, Cavite where it offers a 20 percent discount on the total contract price, plus an additional 20 percent discount on the 20 percent downpayment.
Sta. Lucia Residenze, a prime condotel and condominium complex, is available for as low as P15,000 a month. One can move in once at least 10 percent of the downpayment is settled.
Three of the five towers have opened: Monte Carlo, Santorini and Madrid. Each of these towers are inspired by Mediterranean interiors.
Located on Marcos Highway, Cainta, the complex is accessible to the Sta. Lucia Mall, iL Centro Mall and the LRT Line 2 Marikina-Pasig Station.
Aside from the two flagship projects, Royale Homes is offering discounts on properties in Woodside Garden Village in Urdaneta, Pangasinan, The Villages at Lakewood City in Cabanatuan, Nueva Ecija, Alta Vista Royale in Subic, Zambales, Beverly Place in Mexico, Pampanga, Glory Heights in Sto. Tomas, Pampanga, Club Morocco in Subic, Zambales, Cambridge Place in Tanauan, Greenwoods South in Batangas City, Green Meadows in Bauan and Lipa Royale Estates in Lipa City.
