Developers Century Properties and DMCI Homes have introduced digital innovations to make home-buying more convenient.

Century Properties’ Century Client Assistance program has helpful tools and proprietary systems that will improve the home buying experience.

“We continue to improve on our services to make the customer journey more convenient for our clients, to allow them and their families to enjoy their dream homes much sooner, and also make the process smooth and safe both for our team and customers,” said Century Properties vice-chairman John Victor  Antonio, who is leading the company’s digital customer journey initiatives.

Scouting for a unit can be easily done through virtual tours in the company’s project websites including its ready-for-occupancy (RFO) units at the Residences at Commonwealth in Quezon City, the Residences at Azure North in San Fernando, Pampanga; Acqua Private Residences in Mandaluyong City; and the near RFO Batulao Artscapes in Batangas.

With the assistance of a Century agent, available units can be accessed real-time through the company’s online portal and reservations can be made using various online payment facilities.

Century has facilitated an easy process for the buyer to complete the requirements and accomplishes buyer forms from home.  The company also provides its clients with a comprehensive guide to bank financing as well as additional assistance to facilitate home loan applications.

Certain steps for unit turnover are available digitally for the convenience of buyers who are overseas or those who prefer to limit their exposure outside. Meanwhile DMCI Homes had redesigned its website www.dmcihomes.com to include helpful features like Live Unit Availability Summary and Compare Homes capability.

Live Unit Availability Summary shows what units are still available for selling while the Compare Homes feature helps homebuyers compare three prospective properties’  to show which one best suits their needs.

Users of the website can select their preferred location from a map and the website in turn will suggest properties near the said area.

The 360 property virtual tours and walkthroughs of DMCI Homes properties can be accessed at one’s convenience.  DMCI Homes have digitized its pre-purchase processes starting from the online client registration, unit holding, up to the reservation and payment.

“Even before the coronavirus pandemic, we have been harnessing IT capabilities to make homebuying a seamless process,” said Jan Venturanza, DMCI Homes head for IT, Marketing and Customer Care.

To support the IT initiatives, the company also recently launched live online presentations where condominium buyers can get to learn more of DMCI Homes preselling projects and exciting promo offers. Here, customers can also get online consultation with property experts to make homebuying process, especially for first time buyers, easier to navigate.
