Avida starts construction of 2-tower condo in Vermosa
Ayala Land Corp. is set to generate at least P2.41 billion in sales from its Imus condominium project, Sentria Storeys Vermosa, under development by unit Avida Land Corp.
The realtor in a statement on February 22 said Avida has begun construction on the first of the two-tower residential project that will rise on an 8,165-square-meter (sq.m.) lot in Ayala Land’s mixed-use development, the 700-hectare Vermosa.
“Set for completion in August 2028, the mid-rise condominium is poised to cater to the growing demand and evolving homeowner preferences for suburban living,” it said. “Sentria Storeys Vermosa is designed for individuals seeking a balanced way of life.”
The development offers studio units that average 26.5 sq.m. and one-bedroom, 35.8-sqm units, each with balconies, that are priced between approximately P5.7 million to P8.5 million, the company added.
Sentria Storeys Vermosa will have a total of 422 units for the two towers, with its typical floor plan having 29 units of studio and four units of one-bedroom. It will have 15 floors, of which 13 are residential floors. It will have podium and basement parking.
Sentria Storeys Vermosa, located within the Vermosa’s commercial zone, Campus Town, will have access to establishments like Ayala Malls Vermosa, Landers Superstore, De La Salle Santiago Zobel Vermosa Campus and Vermosa Sports Hub.
Its amenities include an indoor gym, adult and kiddie pools, a multi-purpose area and a half basketball court, with pet-friendly spaces that cater to diverse homeowner needs, Ayala Land said.
Energy-efficient features, such as LED lighting, water-efficient fixtures, and a rainwater harvesting system, are also a standard, the realtor added.
“Cavite’s appeal lies not only in its accessibility but in the lifestyle that it now offers. With Sentria Storeys Vermosa, we are responding to the market’s call for homes that balance urban conveniences with open spaces and environmental sustainability,” said Raquel Cruz, Avida Land president.
“Residents won’t just live comfortably—they’ll also contribute to a greener future. Sustainable features can help homeowners manage utility costs, improve indoor comfort, and support a healthier living environment. Our goal is to offer thoughtful solutions that enhance everyday living while being mindful of long-term environmental impact,” she added.
Cruz said the project has connectivity to major thoroughfares, including Daang Hari Road, South Luzon Expressway via Muntinlupa-Cavite Expressway, Cavitex and Cavite-Laguna Expressway, with further accessibility enhancements expected from the planned Light Rail Transit line 6 along Daang Hari Road.
