Homegrown property developer Damosa Land Inc. (DLI) reaped nine plum prizes at the recent Property Guru Philippines Property Awards.
The Davao City-based real estate arm of the Anflo Management and Investment Corp. was named the Best Boutique Developer, a nod to its offerings that seamlessly bring to life its strong agricultural connection and its rich Mindanao heritage in its iconic projects. All of its projects–residential, commercial, industrial, mixed-use–are rooted in agriculture and are designed to make sustainable living a reality.
Among the other awards the company garnered are Special Recognition in Sustainable Development; Special Recognition For Building Communities; and Special Recognition in CSR.
Damosa Land’s individual projects were also recognized. The Ameria residential project got the Best Housing Development award; while Damosa Diamond Tower won the Best Office Development Award. Agriya clinched the Best Green Residential Development and Best Township Development awards, while Anflo Industrial Estate Corp. bagged the Best Industrial Development award.
