A sustainable and resilient home community will soon rise in Panabo City, Davao Region using green and innovative technologies.

The memorandum of agreement (MOA) signing between Damosa Land, Inc. (DLI) and Imperial Homes Corp. (IHC) recently at the Anflo Industrial Estate culminates the development of a new housing community with net metered solar homes built with eco-friendly and resilient construction technology.

Considered a first in Mindanao, this partnership is set to change the real estate landscape in the Davao Region.

The MOA signing furthers the partnership of IHC Group and DLI, which started in 2019, as IHC supplies DLI with their Connovate building technology for Ameria, Damosa Land’s residential project in Agriya, particularly for the Magnolia and Acacia model houses.

The new project, which is set to launch in the first quarter of 2024, will combine the expertise of the two developers to bring an advantageous mid-market housing community with beneficial cutting-edge technologies in a five-hectare enclave nestled within the growing community right next to the Anflo Industrial Estate.

The project is expected to construct a total of 549 housing units.

DLI, Mindanao’s leading sustainable real estate developer, owns the land and the development while IHC develops the innovative solar net metered homes using the resilient Danish construction technology of Connovate.

IHC will build modern-designed housing units with solar net metered solutions within DLI to assure future homeowners zero electricity bills which will redefine their home experience.
