Colliers once again received certification from the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) as one of the central bank’s partners for real estate information.

Colliers has for more than 15 years been one of BSP’s key sources of insights and data on the real estate sector. These reports provide information and analysis to support the review and formulation of monetary policy by the Monetary Board and review policy strategies used by the BSP to operationalize the stance of monetary policy.

Colliers has been recognized as one of the BSP’s most outstanding partners for information in 2018 and 2019.

“Our goal at Colliers is to become the definitive source of real estate information in the Philippines. We continue to provide timely and accurate information to our partners in the real estate and banking sectors, and also in the government. We commit to continue providing unbiased and data-backed insights and recommendations through our numerous market reports and our market briefings held every quarter,” said Joey Roi Bondoc, Colliers director of research.

“This recognition from the BSP clearly reflects our excellent data-driven approach in the real estate service industry, and we look forward to further enhancing our capability, boosting our partnership with the private and public sector, and delivering high-quality reports and data that prove crucial to many policy-making institutions,” said Colliers Managing Director, Richard Raymundo.

Colliers releases reports on the Philippine property market every quarter, which cover the office, residential, retail, hotel, and industrial sectors. These reports are published on the company’s website and are presented during its quarterly market briefings held in February, April, July, and October.

Colliers is also the most cited real estate consultancy firm in the local media. Its media share of voice within its market is constantly above 50 percent every month and its experts are frequently quoted in many of the country’s major media outlets,.

Colliers also releases bespoke research covering up-and-coming markets and the latest issues affecting the sector. In January 2023, the company released a report on the viability of flexible workspaces post-Covid-19 pandemic, and a report on the luxury condominium market released in May 2023.
