Filinvest Land Inc. (FLI) said it will open the doors of Filinvest Malls Mimosa, a retail development located within the 201-hectare Filinvest Mimosa+ Leisure City in the Clark Freeport Zone, by November 2025.
The mall joins Quest Plus Hotel, the Mimosa Golf Course, and upcoming residential and office developments.
Filinvest Mimosa provides direct access to major infrastructure: just 80 kilometers from Metro Manila, it connects to NLEX, SCTEX, and TPLEX, with Clark International Airport only five kilometers away. With additional upgrades such as the North-South Commuter Railway and Subic-Clark-Manila-Batangas Railway underway, Filinvest Mimosa+ is positioned not just as a convenient destination within Clark, but as a gateway linking Central Luzon to the broader Asia-Pacific region.
“Filinvest Malls Mimosa spans approximately 22,000 square meters across three levels. The mall features landscaped open areas, al fresco dining zones, and a Celebration Plaza,” said Mitch Dumlao, First Vice President and Retail Business Unit Head.
The mall recently received the Best Retail Interior Design award at the BCI Asia Interior Design Awards 2020 for its M.A. Roxas Drive Drop-off art sculpture, Celebration Plaza’s water feature, and estate fountain.
Filinvest Malls include Festival Mall in Alabang, Main Square in Bacoor, Fora in Tagaytay, IL Corso in Cebu and Filinvest Malls in Dumaguete.
