Filinvest Land Inc. (FLI) is poised to open Filinvest Malls Mimosa, a retail development located within the 201-hectare Filinvest Mimosa+ Leisure City in the Clark Freeport Zone.
In a statement releasedover the weekend, FLI said the facility will be the commercial centerpiece of Filinvest Mimosa+ Leisure City—home to Quest Plus Hotel, the Mimosa Golf Course, and other upcoming residential and office developments.
The development is about 80 kilometers from Metro Manila. It connects to NLEX, SCTEX, and TPLEX, with Clark International Airport only five kilometers away.
“Filinvest Malls Mimosa spans approximately 22,000 square meters across three levels,” revealed Mitch Dumlao, First Vice President and Retail Business Unit Head.
The mall features landscaped open areas, al fresco dining zones, and a Celebration Plaza—a convergence spot for its community.”
The mall received the Best Retail Interior Design award at the BCI Asia Interior Design Awards 2020 for its M.A. Roxas Drive Drop-off art sculpture, Celebration Plaza’s water feature, and estate fountain.
The retail mix includes a selection of lifestyle, dining, recreation and wellness brands, catering to a broad base of customers, from professionals on the move to families and leisure travelers.
