Haus Talk, Inc. (HTI) broke ground recently to mark the start of the construction of mid-market housing development Celestis 1 in Antipolo City.
Celestis 1 rests on a 5,258 square meter property in Barangay Bayugo and will showcase 40 residential units. Also scheduled for groundbreaking soon is Celestis 2, which is located at an adjacent 7,963 square meter estate with an allotment for 60 family homes.
HTI’s latest community developments in Antipolo are projected to bring in combined sales of P500 million and are slated for completion in 2023.
HTI debuted in the Philippine Stock Exchange last January.
Building on its track record of successful mid-market housing developments in emerging and high-growth locations outside Metro Manila, the company is also set to embark on large-scale projects this year.
