Cebu-based property developer AppleOne said it is developing properties that would seize opportunities in tourism and meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions (MICE) in Visayas and Mindanao.
In a report on Tuesday, AppleOne said for over 15 years, AppleOne has developed a portfolio addressing the rising appetite for business and leisure travel, or bleisure—a fast-growing segment in travel.
Mahi Center for example is an upcoming mixed-use business integrated complex being developed by AppleOne in Lapu-Lapu City, the company said.
AppleOne said Mahi Center will feature office spaces, a boutique mall and Fairfield by Marriott Cebu Mactan.
“Mahi Center is envisioned to support Cebu’s thriving business ecosystem while contributing to the vibrancy of local communities. It will offer flexible spaces for meetings, conferences, and events, complemented by lifestyle-driven experiences that seamlessly blend work, leisure, and culture,” AppleOne said.
The company said it is also expanding its MICE-ready portfolio with the upcoming Radisson Blu Hotel & Residences Cagayan de Oro, the city’s first five-star hotel and branded residence.
AppleOne said the development will address growing demand for large-scale events and corporate gatherings in Northern Mindanao.
The company said Sheraton Cebu Mactan Resort continues to attract executives and corporate travelers.
