Ayala Land has unveiled its latest development in Makati, the Dela Rosa Gardens, a new green space designed to elevate sustainability, mobility, and urban living in the central business district (CBD).

Ayala Land in a statement said Dela Rosa Gardens is strategically located near key landmarks like Ayala Triangle Gardens,Legazpi Active Park, and Washington SyCip Park, forming part of Makati CBD’s “Emerald Network” which is envisioned to link Makati’s parks and public spaces through pedestrian-friendly pathways and green corridors.

Designed to enhance walkability, connectivity, and community life, the Network aims to create a healthier, more livable city where nature and urban life coexist.

Spanning 2,600 square meters, the Dela Rosa Gardens is designed to support passive cooling, reduce urban heat, and encourage low-impact mobility through elevated walkways, Ayala Land said.

Ayala Land said the Dela Rosa Gardens reflects the company’s long-standing commitment to sustainability.

“From energy-efficient buildings and water conservation systems to waste management and native plant prioritization, Ayala Land integrates eco-conscious practices into every layer of development,” the company said.

Dela Rosa Gardens is also surrounded by cultural, educational, and commercial institutions, making it a natural hub for both everyday routines and weekend escapes. It is right next to the BPI Civic Plaza and just a short walk from BPI Tower and other key offices in the CBD.

It also connects directly to the elevated walkways which link straight to MRT, Greenbelt, and Glorietta malls. Top hotels, schools, and a hospital are just around the corner.

Set for completion by in the fourth quarter of 2028, the Dela Rosa Gardens joins a growing list of green spaces revitalized by Ayala Land. These areas have become vibrant venues for community events like Art Fair, Art in the Park, weekend markets, and Car-Free Sundays
