Anchor Land Holdings Inc. has topped off its luxury residential tower Anchor Grandsuites.
Anchor Grandsuites is the tallest tower in Manila Chinatown to date, the company said.
“The 63-story luxury residence will become another iconic landmark at the heart of Binondo offering dynamic and modern living to hardworking and highly accomplished Filipino-Chinese families,” it said.
Anchor Grandsuites offers “unparalleled living spaces with options for standard and bi-level residences that come in two-bedroom units to five-bedroom units,” it added.
Anchor Land said the Binondo skyscraper will provide top-of-the-line amenities on the penthouse level, which includes a multiform swimming pool, an exclusive health club, a well-equipped fitness center and a clubhouse that can hold grand celebrations of special occasions. It will also offer an overlooking view of the skylines of Makati, Manila, and Binondo.
“Anchor Grandsuites has been carefully handcrafted to provide grandeur living to hardworking Filipino-Chinese executives and families who have discriminating taste and deserve nothing, but prestige,” said Elizabeth Ventura, Anchor Land president.
“It will be the grandest and tallest building in Manila and in all Chinatowns in the world.
Anchor Grandsuites will truly be a symbol of their success and ultimate prestige,” she added. – Ruelle Castro
