Amaia Land recently held groundbreaking rites for Amaia Steps at The Junction Place Estate, part of its newest pocket urban development in Quezon City.
It is also its latest affordable mid-rise condominium in Metro Manila.
Held last June 23, the ceremony marked the start of construction for the project’s first building named Aria, which is set to be completed in fourth quarter of 2022.
All units in Aria have been sold out.
Amaia Steps Junction Place will be the only residential property at The Junction Place Estate by Ayala Land, a pocket urban development in Novaliches, Quezon City.
Amaia Steps The Junction Place is a cluster of five buildings featuring contemporary design aesthetics and top-of-the-line amenities.
Once completed, Aria, the first building, will have 9 floors and 208 units that will range in size from 23 to 48 square meters: studio, deluxe and premjer. These affordable residential units will appeal to young professionals, government employees, small business owners and starter families.
Amaia Steps The Junction Place will rise on 1.7 hectares of land and will offer recreational amenities: a swimming pool, basketball court, play area, and linear park.
The Junction Place Estate will also have access to the proposed Mega Manila Subway by the Department of Transportation as well as multi-modal transport hubs and terminals.
Aria at Amaia Steps The Junction Place is designed to be eco-efficient. The building will have sufficient windows allowing for natural lighting in the units; LED lighting in the common areas; and lush greenery in the open spaces that will provide a refreshing break from urban eye sores.
It will have fire-rated equipment, fire detection and sprinkler systems, as well as highly visible fire exits.
