Alsons Development and Investment Corp. (Alsons Dev) has launched Mahogany South, its latest residential project and its first residential development in the southern part of the city.
Alsons Dev said this is the third project under the Nurtura brand, its mid-cost housing brand.
Located in Tugbok District, Davao City, Mahogany South is a 13-hectare master-planned development that offer the following home options include a Bungalow model, Loft model, and open lots for those who prefer to build their own homes.
