Aboitiz InfraCapital (AIC) Economic Estates, the infrastructure arm of the Aboitiz Group, bagged five distinctions at the recently-concluded 10th PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards. Southeast Asian property technology company PropertyGuru Group awarded AIC one of the top plums of the night—the “Best Industrial Developer”–and the “Special Recognition in Sustainable Design and Construction” award for its efforts in pushing forward sustainability in its developments.
AIC’s LIMA Estate, on the other hand, received three distinctions—the “Best Industrial Development” and “Best Green Development” awards— and its LIMA Central Business District (LIMA CBD) was awarded the “Best CBD Development” for 2022.
AIC bagged—for two years in a row—the highly-coveted “Best Industrial Developer” and the “Special Recognition in Sustainable Design and Construction”, in acknowledgment of the company’s commitment to developing smart and sustainable next-generation developments.
