ISUZU Philippines Corporation (IPC) continues its robust support for the Philippine motorsports scene by renewing its partnership with the 2024 Philippine Rallycross Series. This collaboration, initiated in 2021, highlights IPC’s dedication to rallycross and provides a competitive stage for the automaker’s powerful Isuzu D-MAX.

The Philippine Rallycross Series, a competition sanctioned by the Automobile Association of the Philippines, Inc. (AAP), offers both professional and amateur rallycross drivers a thrilling arena to demonstrate their skills on challenging dirt courses. IPC’s continued sponsorship signifies the company’s commitment to nurturing the growth of this exciting motorsport within the Philippines.
“Our ongoing partnership with the Philippine Rallycross Series reflects Isuzu’s deep belief in the potential of Philippine motorsports,” stated Robert Carlos, Assistant Division Head for Sales at IPC. “It gives us the opportunity to showcase the exceptional capabilities of our champion Isuzu D-MAX, a two-time category winner, and celebrate the spirit of those who push the boundaries of performance.”
Integral to IPC’s rallycross success is the renowned Isuzu D-MAX pickup truck. Its powerful 4JJ3 Blue Power Diesel Engine delivers an impressive 190 PS of maximum power and 450 Nm of torque. This engine, coupled with a suspension system specifically designed for the demands of rallycross courses, positions the D-MAX as an ideal performance vehicle.
Seasoned rally driver and D-MAX competitor Mr. Louie Camacho emphasizes the truck’s advantages: “The D-MAX performs brilliantly on the rallycross track. Its raw power, precision handling, and robust suspension system combine to deliver a truly exceptional driving experience.”
