Geely opens new dealership in Iloilo
After the recent soft launch of two new Geely dealerships in Luzon, Sojitz G Auto Philippines (SGAP), Geely’s local distributor in the country, has now opened Geely Iloilo. This is SGAP’s second outlet in the Visayas region under the management of its dealer partner, MNV Group. The inauguration of the Iloilo branch will further boost its presence in the Western Visayas region which is an emerging automotive market.
The 1,850sqm outlet is Geely Philippines’ 14th operational dealership since it started operating in the country in 2019. Located at Benigno Aquino Ave. Brgy. Dungon, Jaro, Iloilo City, this newly opened showroom was built based on the Geely International standards.
“We want to stay true to our commitment to rapidly expand our dealer network to reach our growing number of customers not just in Luzon but also in Visayas and Mindanao. Geely Philippines first made its presence felt in Central Visayas with the opening of Geely Cebu in January 2021, and further expanding its reach to serve its customers in the Visayas region with the opening of Geely Iloilo.
Geely PH inaugurates Aseana and Angeles Dealerships
Sojitz G Auto Philippines (SGAP), the official distributor of the Geely brand in the country, held a simultaneous soft launch of two more dealerships: Geely Aseana in Paranaque City and Geely Angeles in Pampanga.
These dealerships mark the 3rd and 4th Geely outlets operated by SGAP’s dealer partner Gateway Group of Companies which opened Geely Lipa in December 2020 and Geely Cebu last January 2021. Gateway Group of Companies started making its mark in the automotive industry with dealerships (also with other brands) in Visayas and Mindanao. After 15 years, Gateway Group expanded its network to Luzon.

Gateway Group President Markane Goho expressed his optimism towards the Geely brand which led them to decide to apply for other available franchised areas.
Geely now has 13 operational dealerships with the opening Geely Angeles and Geely Aseana.
