ISUZU Philippines Corporation (IPC) recently brought its D-MAX Mall Tour and 4×4 Action Playground to SM Cebu Seaside, offering Visayas customers a chance to experience the latest edition of the Isuzu D-MAX pickup truck.
The three-day event, which kicked off last weekend, featured a grand opening ceremony with a six-vehicle display showcasing various D-MAX variants tailored for the Cebuano market. Actor and singer Rayver Cruz entertained attendees with a special performance, adding to the festive atmosphere.
Two lucky customers who had pre-ordered the new D-MAX were also presented with their vehicles during the event.
The highlight of the event was the Isuzu 4×4 Action Playground, an interactive test course designed to demonstrate the enhanced off-road and safety features of the 2024 D-MAX. Participants could experience the pickup’s capabilities firsthand through challenges like the 4×4 hydraulic ramp, articulated ramps, side cambers, and a forward collision wall.
IPC President Tetsuya Fujita emphasized the importance of the Cebu market for Isuzu and the company’s commitment to showcasing the D-MAX’s technological innovations through real-world demonstrations.
The 2024 D-MAX features a new Differential Lock system, Rough Terrain mode, a 360-degree Around View Monitor, and a Digital Video Recorder, enhancing its off-road performance and safety.
The Isuzu D-MAX Mall Tour and 4×4 Action Playground will continue its nationwide journey, with the next stop scheduled for SM Lanang Davao from July 26th to 28th.
