MITSUBISHI’s Strada Athlete gets another shot in the arm with the introduction of the Jet Black Mica color option which not only enhances the look of the already muscular pick-up but adds to the choices available to the Strada fan.

Matching its tough aesthetics, the Strada Athlete boasts several design elements that make it stand out. The Mitsubishi pick-up truck has side decals that extend from the rear doors up to the tailgate. Black exterior design trimmings on the front “Dynamic Shield” grille, side mirror turn lamp, styling bar, and 18-inch alloy wheels that exudes a very masculine look.
Accompanying the strong appeal of the Strada Athlete projects are tons of smart safety features that will assure an easy and worry-free drive. These include Forward Collision Mitigation (FCM) provides both visual and audible driver warnings that help prevent accidents, the Ultrasonic Mis-acceleration Mitigation System (UMS) which prevents adverse pedal misapplication, displacing the myth of unintended vehicle acceleration.
It also has a Blind Spot Warning with Lane Change Assist (BSW with LCA) provides both visual and audible warnings for the driver when an adjacent vehicle is concealed in its blind spot. The Rear Cross-Traffic Alert (RCTA) acts as your parking assistant by alerting the driver of any oncoming vehicle when reversing out of a parking spot.
A heavy-duty truck as it is, the Strada Athlete in the Jet Black livery, is also equipped with Mitsubishi Active Stability and Traction Control (M-ASTC) and Trailer Stability Assist, ensuring performance and safety under heavy loads. Moreover, conquer ramps and steep slopes with the pickup’s Hill Descent Control and Hill Start Assist.
The Mitsubishi Strada Athlete is currently sold at a price of P1.764M for the 4WD variant, the same price as differently colored variants, and is available now at all dealers nationwide.
