Isuzu Philippines Corporation (IPC) has once again demonstrated its leadership in aftersales service by receiving the prestigious Triple Star Award from Isuzu Motors Limited Japan (IML).
The award, which recognizes excellence in aftersales performance, was presented on October 31, 2024, during the Isuzu Distributor & Dealer Aftersales Awards ceremony in Yokohama, Japan. This marks the continuation of IPC’s consistent track record, having previously won the award from 2019 to 2022.

The annual Isuzu Distributor & Dealer Aftersales Awards are designed to foster continuous improvement among Isuzu distributors worldwide. The evaluation process is thorough and focuses on two main categories: Basic Operation and Business Expansion.
In the Basic Operation category, IPC was assessed on several key factors, including its ability to maximize vehicle uptime. The company’s approach to ensuring minimal downtime for customers and enhancing operational efficiency was a central element of the evaluation. Additionally, IPC’s customer relationship management practices were closely scrutinized. Building strong, lasting connections with clients remains a top priority for the company, and the evaluation also considered IPC’s adherence to rigorous business management practices and legal compliance. In the Business Expansion category, IPC’s performance was measured by how well it guided and supported its dealership network to meet Isuzu’s global benchmarks. Out of 56 Isuzu distributors worldwide, IPC stood out as one of the top performers, sharing the 2024 Triple Star Award with Isuzu Vietnam. This recognition highlights IPC’s continued focus on operational excellence and customer satisfaction, further solidifying its reputation as a trusted partner in the automotive industry.
