FORD Philippines disrupts the performance car market once again by finalizing an announcement made by Ford PH Managing Director Mike Breen, at an informal media get together–the all new Bronco and the 7th Generation Mustang are now accepting reservations, and will likely be launched together or one after the other.
The all-new Bronco will cost P4.998M while the Mustang starts at P3.999M for the 5.0L GT and P3.499M for the 2.3L EcoBoost Premium Fastback. The Bronco will be reintroduced not only in the Philippines globally. The last local distribution of the Bronco in the country was in 1974.
“We are ecstatic to finally add the all-new Bronco to our stable of highly capable off-road vehicles in the country,” Breen said. During the February 15 media gathering he mentioned that reservations for both performance cars were to be done online to assure slots for enthusiasts all over the country.
“The 7th generation Ford Mustang promises unique drives with its mix of performance and iconic style. We invite customers and fans to reserve online today to soon experience the thrill of being behind the wheel of a Ford icon,” Breen said,
He added that the opportunity to be one of the first to own the all-new Ford Bronco is here and encourages customers looking for a rugged, off-road capable vehicle to reserve online.
The all-new Bronco is built to tackle the toughest challenges with its muscular 5-door design, featuring bold lines and a removable hard top for open-air adventures. Conquer any trail with ease thanks to the available Sasquatch package, which equips the Bronco with 17-inch black high-gloss aluminum wheels, high-clearance suspension and fender flares, and aggressive mud-terrain tires.
Under the hood lies a powerful 2.7L EcoBoost V6 engine with Auto Start-Stop technology, mated to a 10-speed automatic transmission, delivering 335 PS and 555 Nm of torque. Both the Bronco and Mustang offer a range of vibrant color options, with additional exclusive choices available for the GT Mustang, “allowing you to personalize your ride and express your unique style.” A reservation fee of P30,000 is required and is deductible from the total vehicle pricing.
