THE much-anticipated Ford Island Conquest (FIC), Ford Philippines’ experiential test drive roadshow, marked its seventh year with an exciting kick-off event in Iloilo City from August 23rd to 25th, 2024. Enthusiastic crowds gathered at the Mall Atrium of SM City Iloilo, eager to experience the latest Ford vehicles and explore their diverse ownership packages.
“We have always been committed to bring the Ford experience closer to customers outside a showroom, so we are excited for them to see and experience our vehicles at the FIC and avail of exclusive offers and special deals, making it easier and more convenient to own a Ford,” stated Mike Breen, managing director, Ford Philippines, underscoring the company’s dedication to fostering direct engagement with its customers beyond the confines of a traditional dealership.
The three-day event transformed the mall atrium into an interactive automotive showcase, featuring a captivating display of Ford’s most sought-after models, including the Territory, Everest, Ranger Raptor, and the recently launched Bronco. Attendees were treated to a comprehensive overview of each vehicle, learning about their cutting-edge technologies, robust capabilities, and advanced safety features.
The highlight of the event, however, was the opportunity to experience the thrill of driving a Ford firsthand. Participants could embark on on-road test drives, navigating the streets of Iloilo and getting a feel for the vehicles’ performance in real-world conditions. Additionally, a specialized test drive course was set up, allowing drivers to push the vehicles to their limits and experience their handling, responsiveness, and off-road capabilities.
Ford Philippines sweetened the deal with exclusive offers and promotions. Those who took a test drive were rewarded with a P5,000 discount on their purchase of any Ford vehicle.
Moreover, customers who made a reservation during the event enjoyed a generous P20,000 cash discount and the chance to win even more exciting prizes through the “Pick-a-prize” promotion. These prizes ranged from substantial cash discounts to desirable accessories and gift items, further enhancing the appeal of owning a Ford.
The Iloilo event was just the beginning of FIC Year 7, promising an exciting journey as the roadshow travels to more locations across the Philippines.
