Smoother engine performance is expected from the Bajaj RE’s 198.88 CC DTS-I FI engine with a new silencer assembly mounted on the engine crankcase with an enhanced timing chain for lesser noise and vibration. It will be available in its usual colors; yellow, blue, red, white and green.

At the same virtual launch, Trimotors Technologies’ CEO Raul Jay R. Manglapus III announced  “Bagong Biyahe: Aarangkada na with Bajaj”. The all-new Bajaj RE campaign highlights its new advanced features focusing on the theme call to action “Ito na ang bagong sasakyan ko sa aking bagong biyahe,” (This is the new vehicle for my new journeys.) The campaign talks about the versatility and the reliability of the Bajaj three-wheeler.

To highlight this versatility, Bajaj cooperated with Filipino custom bike builder Jeffrey “Pong” Ylagan, of Ylagan Kustoms who built a special RE for Persons with Disability (PWD). Ylagan’s insightful thinking made him realize how Bajaj RE would be a great fit for a special vehicle for the physically challenged. Highlighting the RE’s legal acceptability on the roads, its safety and security for the PWD driver given its symmetrical built, fuel efficiency and the powerful engine performance that can carry the additional weight brought by the customization, Ylagan made an easy to drive, easy to board three wheeler for wheelchair-bound individuals.
