The integration of Senti AI into Kollab will enable the company to scale up its AI deployments and offer more cost-effective solutions to clients. The newly formed “AI and Data Analytics” division will encompass a suite of services including AI Strategy and Foundation, Document AI & Cloud Vision, Intelligent Agents, Data Analytics & Visualization, Natural Language Processing Engines, and AI & Data Governance.

“We believe that artificial intelligence plays a critical role in driving innovation, competitiveness, and market growth for organizations across the region. Our acquisition of Senti AI will enhance our ability to help customers adopt and scale AI initiatives more securely, efficiently, and responsibly,” Ty added.

With this acquisition, Senti AI Co-Founder and CEO Ralph Vincent Regalado will join Kollab’s Board of Directors as Chief Scientist & Head of AI. Regalado expressed enthusiasm about the partnership, stating, “With this acquisition, we are taking a significant step forward in spreading the word about AI and its benefits to Philippine enterprises. We look forward to working closely with Kollab and reaching out to more clients with their help.

”Kollab has observed that many Filipino companies face challenges in adopting AI technologies due to a lack of internal confidence and expertise. Concerns regarding the ethical implications of AI, difficulties in integrating multiple vendors, and challenges in recruiting top talent further complicate matters.

“By focusing on education, data security and privacy, and customized AI services, we aim to become a trusted partner for Filipino businesses navigating digital transformation. By teaming up with Senti AI, we can realize this vision and help more local firms embrace AI,” Ty stated.
