The event, held in Pasay City on July 13-14, 2024, drew thousands of attendees and featured participation from over 70 top local and global companies.

The job fair, made possible with support from various sponsors, educational institutions, community partners, and government agencies, provided a platform for job seekers to connect with potential employers and gain valuable career advice. Keynote talks and panel discussions covered topics such as navigating the future workforce, building a positive workplace culture, talent retention strategies, and effective job searching techniques.

Government agencies, including PhilHealth, SSS, and Pag-IBIG, were also present at the event to provide assistance with requirements and facilitate national ID registration. Bossjob further supported attendees by conducting workshops on resume building, interview skills, and professional photo taking.

The event was hailed a success by both organizers. Kimberly Chen, Bossjob Country Manager, emphasized the company’s commitment to empowering job seekers, while Peterson Ang, PDMN Editor-in-Chief, celebrated the unity and opportunities created by the event.
