Security Bank was certified by BSI, one of the world’s leading standards bodies and founding member of ISO. Founded in 1901, BSI helps organizations globally through standards creation, system certification, supplier verification, and training activities to manage risk, reduce costs, and ensure sustainability.
Business continuity and disaster recovery are vital components of any organization’s risk management strategy. In today’s fast-paced and interconnected world, the ability to swiftly respond to disruptions is crucial for maintaining operational stability and customer trust. ISO 22301:2019 certification demonstrates that Security Bank has robust processes in place to identify potential threats, develop effective response strategies, and ensure the quick resumption of essential operations.
This is the Bank’s second attestation from BSI. Last year, Security Bank was the first local bank to attain ISO/IEC 27001:2022, which is the upgraded standard for Information Security Management System (ISMS) certification.
