Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation’s (RCBC) newly upgraded Digital Payroll portal now enables same-day account opening and ATM card issuance for employees – all done digitally.
“We know that businesses need a fast and hassle-free way to set up payroll accounts,” RCBC Head of Transaction Banking Group Martin Tirol said.
“With these new improvements, employees no longer have to wait for their ATM cards. They can open and start using their account right away. Our main goal is to make payroll onboarding more convenient and efficient for everyone.”
This latest upgrade allows companies to have more flexible options, tailored depending on their work setup. Whether a company operates from a single office, has multiple locations, or manages remote teams, RCBC offers payroll solutions that prioritize speed and convenience.
Employees can enjoy the convenience of managing their payroll accounts, apply for salary loans, and even receive free personal accident insurance when they do their transactions using RCBC Pulz, the bank’s digital banking app. Pre-qualified employees can also conveniently and easily access their salaries in advance through PayDay NOW.
As an RCBC payroll accountholder, employees may also use the wide network of RCBC ATMS where they can conveniently and securely withdraw cash without their ATM cards via a QR code or reference number at 1,482 RCBC ATMs nationwide.
Additionally, RCBC has also partnered with convenience store chain 7-Eleven, enabling payroll accountholders to withdraw cash and check their balance for free across 3,512 7-Eleven ATMs nationwide.
