BARON Geisler is going to be a father again.
The actor has two children from two previous relationships. His wife, psychologist Jamie Evangelista, also has two sons.
“Itong dinadala niya is our first together,” he said.
Baron said they will know the baby’s gender this month.
“Actually, para sa akin, ‘di importante kung babae o lalaki ang magiging panganay namin ni Jamie,” said Baron, “Although, I hope, lalaki siya.”
Aside from his wife’s pregnancy, Baron remains thankful to be part of the top-rating ABS-CBN series, “FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano,” and the chance to study Theology.
It is his wish to become a pastor, said Baron.

Cavite Vice Governor Jolo Revilla is looking forward to tying the knot with beauty queen Angelica Alita in the US in December.
Vice Jolo is glad his parents, Senator Bong Revilla and Bacoor Mayor Lani Mercado, are fond of his future wife.
It’s an open book that actress Jodi Sta. Maria, who was his girlfriend before Angelica, was also close to his parents. However, Jodi and Angelica’s relationship ended last year.
“Huwag na nating banggitin kung bakit,” said someone close to Vice Jolo. “Basta, it was an amicable break-up. Hanggang doon na lang.”

Meanwhile, Jodi is mum about the current state of her heart. She seems contented being a mom of Thirdy, her teen son with ex-husband, Pampi Lacson.
Reports have it that Jodi will soon be seen in an iWant series, “My Single Lady,” where she will be paired with Ian Veneracion and Zanjoe Marudo.
Jodi has worked with the two actors before. She and Ian were together in the movie, “The Achy Breaky Heart” (2016) while, she and Zanjoe were in “Maria Leonora Teresa” (2014).

Iza Calzado was reportedly in Italy for the Milan Fashion Week.
It was her first time to be in Milan, and she took the opportunity to do some sightseeing.
Incidentally, the actress was launched in the movie, “Milan,” but all her scenes were shot in Manila. Playing her husband was Piolo Pascual, who had to follow her in Milan when she stopped communicating with him. Claudine Barretto was also part of the movie as the OFW who ended up with Piolo.
There are talks that Piolo and Claudine might soon reunite in a movie to be filmed in Florence, Italy. Cathy Garcia-Molina will reportedly direct it.

Jessy Mendiolo almost switched networks.
The actress, speaking at the press con of “Sandugo,” admitted that she did consider leaving ABS-CBN.
But that was before. She told reporters to forget that she ever considered leaving ABS-CBN because she had no assignment in the network.
And she feels grateful that her boyfriend, host-actor Luis Manzano, trusted her enough to leave the decision-making with her.
It’s good she got the offer to do “Sandugo.”
“Halos lumukso ang puso ko,” the actress said, “when I learned what my role will be and with whom I’ll be working.”
“Sandugo” features Ejay Falcon and Aljur Abrenica as fraternal twins who get separated when they were very young. Playing their parents are Cherie Picache and Ariel Rivera. Also in the cast are Gardo Versoza, Vina Morales and new talent, Elisse Joson.
A Dreamscape offering, “Sandugo” is directed by Darnel Joy R. Villaflore and Ram Tolentino.
“‘Di pa man ako masyadong nakukunan ng mga eksena ko, excited and enthusiastic na ako,” said Jessy. “I just know kasi that I am in good hands.”

Not a few were surprised to see Sheryl Cruz donning sexy clothes and making sexy poses.
“Parang pilit,” observers said. “Pero alam mo ring she’s doing it for a reason. Eager siya to stage a comeback and obviously to get noticed, naisip niyang magpa-sexy.”
The actress ran and lost last May elections. She gunned for a seat as councilor in Tondo, where her late father, actor Ricky Belmonte was born.
“Mabait na ina si Sheryl sa kanyang nag-i-isang anak,” said a kibitzer.
Sheryl’s daughter, Ashley, is now a teenager. Sheryl is divorced from Norman Bustos, Ashley’s dad.
