THE UP Beta Sigma Fraternity Shooting Club is holding the Jesus R. Jayme Shooting Competition, the 1STBeta Sigma Cup, on March 21-22 at the Armscor Facility in Marikina City to help raise funds for the victims of the recent Taal Volcano eruption.
The Level 2 Philippine Shooters and Match Officers Confederation-sanctioned match with 10 stages will honor Jayme, the late founding organizing and first president of the Beta Sigma Fraternity that was organized at the University of the Philippines barely a month after the country gained independence in 1946.
