NOW celebrating its 11th year of fabulous fashion for a cause, Red Charity Gala held its grandest night at the grand ballroom of Shangri-La at the Fort, Manila last Saturday, gathering the capsule collections of the 10 highly-esteemed designers featured in its first 10 years.
Save for Dennis Lustico, the nine other fashion maestros – Furne One, Michael Cinco, Cary Santiago, Ezra Santos, Jojie Lloren, Lesley Mobo, Chito Vijandre, Joey Samson and Rajo Laurel – were present for the celebration of fashion for a noble and worthwhile cause.
High society mavens and Red Charity Gala founders Kaye Tinga and Tessa Prieto-Valdes poured all their efforts and powers to stage “The First Ten,” the landmark show for the benefit of The Philippine Red Cross, Assumption High School Batch ‘81 Foundation and various other charities throughout the country.
The grand fashion charity gala was preceded by an auction of awesome luxury and travel showcases aimed to raise funds for the event’s beneficiaries, and a preview of the latest collection from Bench Active.
The Red Charity Gala was presented by Bench and IAM Worldwide, in cooperation with A2A Safaris, Bernhardt, Diagold, Globe Platinum, Jewelmer, Megaworld and Ultratherapy.
