JANNO Gibbs and Manilyn Reynes, who were one of the hottest love teams of the ‘90s, are reuniting in a movie.

The movie is “Mang Jose” and will have Janno as lead. It will be produced by Viva Films and directed by Raynier Brizuela.

The reunion movie brings to mind Janno’s recent reunion with Dennis Padilla and Andrew E.

It was Janno who made the suggestion to Viva boss Vic del Rosario, who then produced “Sanggano, Sangago’t, Sangguwapo,” which did well at the box-office.

“Kaya heto at kaagad pumayag si Boss Vic sa suggestion ni Janno, na igawa sila ng pelikulang magkasama ni Manilyn,” said a source.

Although Janno and Manilyn made a cute love team, they eventually married other people.

Janno has been with singer-actress Bing Loyzaga, with whom he has two daughters, for over two decades.

“Nagmuntik-muntikan na maghiwalay sina Janno and Bing, but Bing chose to stick with him,” said our source.

Manilyn ended up with fellow Regal baby Aljon Jimenez. They have been married for 29 years and have three sons.
