WOMEN can accomplish many great things on their own, but they can do more when they work together and support one another.

Show up for your fellow women. A strong support system is powerful, even life-changing. It can be as simple as offering your friend a shoulder to cry on; helping your mother, sister, colleague, or friends with chores or errands; or signing up for female-led activities or organizations. Being there for other women can boost their confidence and have a positive impact on their social and mental well-being.
Help them reach their goals. With the right amount of support, it is not too difficult to be a successful ladyboss. If a woman aspires to succeed in business, show your support by helping her reach her goals. Check your biases and assumptions. Let’s face it! Women are not completely free of biases or are incapable of judging others. The first step to fixing this is to recognize that we may be unconsciously biased against other women based on race, social status, physical appearance, sexual orientation, and physical abilities. We can then check and reflect on our own beliefs and open ourselves up for more discussions on biases, inclusivity, and diversity especially in the workplace.
After all, as the saying goes, “When women support each other, incredible things happen.”
