Alveo Land Corp. expects to generate P9 billion in sales from its latest Makati central business district project, the 35-storey Parkford Suites Legazpi.
Located at the corner of Gamboa and Salcedo streets across Washington Sycip Park and Legazpi Active Park, the prime residential tower will only have 163 units with seven residences per typical floor.
Units are in two- and three-bedroom configurations, with an average area size of 151 square meters (sq.m.), larger than usual residential spaces in the city, the company said.
The project is being sold at an average of P370,000 per sq.m., with a unit having an average price of P55 million, suitable for buyers who can shoulder a monthly amortization of around P400,000 to half a million pesos up until its turnover in 2026.
Since it was launched in late September, Parkford Suites Legazpi has already sold P2 billion-worth of units.
