BUOYED by initial success of the event last, the Philippine Basketball Association will hold a media day for the second straight year as part of its build-up for the league’s coming 45th season.
The event is set Feb. 27 at the grand ballroom of Okada Manila.
All 12 teams will send representatives to the event, a mandatory activity of the league showcasing the players, coaches, and incoming rookies.

Commissioner Willie Marcial, who spearheaded the project launch last year, along with the league Board of Governors led by chairman Ricky Vargas, are expected to grace the event, which serves as venue for interviews and the like.
