THE chances of the Samahang Weightlifting ng Pilipinas’ coming campaign in the 31st Southeast Asian Games is up for discussion in the resumption of the virtual Philippine Sportswriters Association (PSA) Forum today.
SWP president Monico Puentevella will talk about the Filipino lifters’ bid to surpass the two gold medals they won during the last edition of the biennial meet held in the country in 2019.
The SEA Games will be held from May 12 to 23 in Hanoi, Vietnam.
