THE Farm Fresh Foxies may just have found extra power in pursuit of glory in the PVL All-Filipino Conference as veteran Rachel Daquis and two more spikers were given the green light to sit up.

The Foxies bared yetserday that Daquis along with wing spiker Jolina Dela Cruz and middle blocker Lorene Toring now have the go-signal to play—a much-awaited season-debut for the trio in the six-month tourney.

Since returning to the league last October, Daquis has yet to wear Farm Fresh’s jersey while Dela Cruz has been sidelines since January last year due to an ACL injury.

Toring, on the other hand, suffered an ACL injury prior to the 86th UAAP volleyball tournament season last year that forced her to sit out for the Adamson University Lady Falcons.

“I think may go-signal na sila lahat (to play),” Farm Fresh interim coach Benson Bocboc said. “We’re taking this time para ma-insert sila dun sa sistema na meron iyong team. So, hopefully, enough iyong time para makapaglaro kaagad sila pagbalik ng New Year (break) but definitely within the month,” he added.

The availability of Daquis, Dela Cruz and Toring should boost the team’s bid as it currently sits at ninth with a 2-3 slate.

The Creamline Cool Smashers have a perfect 4-0 mark followed by the Petro Gazz Angels with a 5-1 card.

The Foxies resume their campaign on Jan. 18 when they go up against the Nxled Chameleons at the PhilSports Arena in Pasig.
