MAKE it three for fancied TNT.

With gunner Almond Vosotros showing the way, the Tropang Giga tripped J&T Express 21-17 yesterday to bag their second straight title in the PBA 3×3 Season 2 First Conference Leg 6 at the Robinsons Place Antipolo.

Samboy de Leon banged in a clutch two-pointer, while Vosotros sank two dagger free throws that powered TNT to its third diadem, counting its Leg 1 triumph.

Vosotros notched 12 points for the Tropang Giga, while de Leon and Lervin Flores added four markers each.

Ping Exciminiano also had a point for the Mau Belen-mentored quartet that took home the top cash prize of P100,000 and gained a big boost heading into the grand finals next week.

“Every leg is crucial sa amin in preparation for the grand finals. Thankfully, nakuha namin iyong last leg and then ngayon. Hopefully, ma-continue namin sa grand finals,” Exciminiano said.

“Mahirap talagang kalaban ang J&T. Composed na team sila. We just kept on playing and we ended up winning,” De Leon added.

It was also TNT’s eighth leg wins on top of a conference diadem since last year.

Joseph Sedurifa paced J&T, which bowed to TNT for the second straight leg final, and settled for P50,000, with eight points.

The Tropang Giga raced to a 14-9 spread and sustained a 17-14 buffer in the final 1:24.

But a Sedurifa basket and a two-pointer knotted the match and nearly gave J&T the upper hand.

De Leon’s deuce made it 19-17 before Keith Datu’s tiebreaking attempt missed the mark.

Vosotros drew a foul from Robin Rono and calmly converted his foul shots to seal the deal.

TNT edged Meralco 14-13 in the semifinals, while J&T downed Cavitex 21-19.

The Braves nipped the Bolts in the battle for third 19-17 for a podium finish and P30,000.
