CHOCO Mucho eked out a 23-25, 25-20, 25-16, 25-27, 15-11 decision over Army Black Mamba yesterday to rediscover its winning ways in the PVL All-Filipino Conference at The Arena in San Juan.
With the win, the Flying Titans snapped a mini two-game skid, thanks to Kat Tolentino who delivered 20 points and Isa Molde who added 19 markers.
Regine Arocha also stepped up for Choco Mucho with 13 points and eight excellent receptions, with starter Des Cheng sitting out the match due to stomach flu.
Choco Mucho improved to 2-2.
The Lady Troopers remained winless in four games in the import-less meet and absorbed their 17th straight loss dating back to July 26, 2022, of the Invitational Conference.
