Judith Abil and Sheeka Espinosa took charge for the Lady Vikings with 16 and 10 points, respectively.
Bernadette Flora unleashed nine markers, including four in the deciding set, while skipper Justine Dorog also finished with nine points for Quezon City.
After finishing with a 3-0 record in the pool stage, Quezon City will face the second-ranked team in Pool B in the semis.
The AJAA Lady Spikers will take on the top-seed team in Pool A in the semis after they fell to 2-1 and settled for second spot.
Monica Guibao fired 16 points, Juliet Catindig and Jorelle Singh had 14 markers apiece, while Alexandra Rafael had 11 kills for Imus.
In the second match, UB-Batangas trounced ICC Caloocan 25-15, 15-25, 25-23, 25-19.
Kylie Macatangay capped a solid performance of 26 markers for the Lady Brahmans while Lovelee Hernandez scored 12 kills.
UB-Batangas, however, missed the semis after finishing third in Pool A with a 1-2 slate.
“We would like to thank the PNVF for giving us the opportunity to showcase the talents of our athletes,” Lady Brahmans coach Roderick Del Mundo said.
“It is a great help for the kids because you can’t get experience from anywhere. By playing against strong teams when we return to Batangas, we will become stronger as a team,” he added.
Ednelle Maniquis delivered 12 markers for the ICC-Caloocan, which ended up winless in three matches.
