While the Poles scored their fourth win overall, the Thais, coming off a 25-19, 25-22, 26-24 victory over Canada last Tuesday, dropped to 4-2.

In the second match, Canada hurdled Belgium 25-22, 25-21, 22-25, 25-22 win.

Britt Herbots had a team-high 29 points, while Celine Van Gestel had 16 markers for the Belgians.

“It feels great that we won the match. We know that they (Thais) are a really good team, so we have to do our best,” Rozanski said.

“I’m really happy that we won, and we showed that we, too, are really a good team and we can fight until the end,” she added.
