OLYMPIC hopefuls Yuka Saso and Bianca Pagdanganan dipped slightly in the International Golf Federation Olympic qualifying and Rolex Women’s World rankings released yesterday.
Saso, who has been inactive since finishing her rookie stint on the Japanese LPGA tour as No. 2 in the Mercedes Order Merit and its top earner with winnings of 93,891,000 yen (roughly P43.4 million) two weeks ago, slumped two notches lower to No. 22 and No. 50, respectively, in both rankings.
Pagdanganan, who finished dead last in 76th place in the Volunteers of America Classic at The Colony, Texas over the weekend, slipped one rung lower in the IGF Olympic ratings to No. 41 and two notches lower at No. 149 in the Rolex ratings.
