AFTER being stymied by visa problems in her last event, Bianca Pagdanganan resumes her campaign for an elusive US LPGA tour win when she tees off today in the Dana Open at the Highland Meadows Club in Sylvania, Ohio.

Pagdanganan failed to secure a Canadian visa in time and was unable to compete in Canadian Pacific Women’s Open in Ottawa, Canada the previous week so will be extra motivated to acquit herself over the par-71, 6,555-yard course in the region once made up of dense forest lands.

The Pinay golfer finished tied for 50th spot last year in the rain-shortened event and went home with $6,082 (around P343,000).

The 72-hole tournament offers a total pot of $1.75 million (P98.7 million), with the champion netting the top prize of $262,500 (P14.8 million).
