THE one-day break apparently adversely affected Bianca Pagdanganan, who slumped to a 73 yesterday (Sunday in the US) to finish in a two-way tie for 30th place at the end of the rain-shortened Cambia Portland Classic at the Oregon Golf Club in West Linn, Oregon.

Tied for 20th place going into the third and final round, Pagdanganan had a rollercoaster round with five bogeys and four birdies over the par-72, 6,478-yard course.

She finished with a 54-hole total of 217 to take home $10,823 (around P515,000, winding up 12 shots behind South Korean champion Jin Young Ko, who shot a bogey-free 69 for 205 and a four-stroke win over compatriot Jeongun Lee (69-209) to claim the top prize of $210,000 (P10.5 million).
