FILIPINA triathlete Kira Ellis captured the gold medal in the junior women’s division of the 2025 European Triathlon Junior Cup in Riga, Latvia, bringing honor to the Philippines.
Ellis, 17, outlasted a tough field and finished strong with a time of 1:05:07, securing the top spot on the podium and waving the Philippine flag with pride.
