AFTER proving their worth for Naga College Foundation in the high school ranks, volleyball standouts Arah Panique and Kaye Bombita have opted to link up with National University.

Panique and Bombita revealed that they have committed to the Sampaloc-based squad as NU looks to regain the crown next year.

“Committed sa NU (and) doon po babawi din ako, gagalingan ko pa and sana hindi ko ma-disappoint iyong school na iyon,” Bombita, younger sister of Cignal hitter Graze, said. “I will do my best para din po sa fans and NU.”

The two power hitters played big roles for Naga College Foundation’s first runner-up finish in the Shakey’s Girls’ Volleyball Invitational League finals.

The 6-foot Panique vowed that she will give her best for NU

“Sa sarili ko, siguro po mas pagi-igihan ko pa mas ibibigay ko iyong best ko,” Panique said.

She also shared her excitement on playing alongside former UAAP Rookie-MVP Bella and former Best Opposite Hitter Alyssa Solomon in NU.

“Siguro nakaka-excite po, siyempre malalakas na po doon, macha-challenge iyong sarili ko,” she said.
