WITH the curtains set to fall on the season, Chooks-to-Go Pilipinas coach Chico Lanete is setting his sights on finding new recruits next year.
Six new squads are out to prove their worth in the Chooks-to-Go Pilipinas 3×3 Quest 2.0 on Nov. 20 at the Ayala Malls Solenad in Santa Rosa, Laguna.
Quartets from Botolan, Butuan, General Santos, Makati, Quezon City, and Talisay City will try to upend the country’s top two 3×3 teams in Cebu Chooks! and Manila Chooks! and advance to the FIBA 3×3 World Tour Hong Kong Masters.
“The composition of the teams is exciting as this is the first time in a year that we will be holding an open tournament,” Chooks-to-Go president Ronald Mascariñas said.
