COLLEGE of St. Benilde ripped Perpetual Help 25-14, 25-12, 25-18 yesterday for its eight straight win and moved within a victory of an elimination round sweep and an outright finals slot in the 97th NCAA women’s volleyball tournament at the Paco Arena.
Jade Gentapa pumped in 15 points for the Lady Blazers, while Cristy Ondangan had 11 markers.
Mycah Go and Gayle Pascual also added nine points each for CSB, which scored a big follow-up to its 25-13, 25-21, 25-9 mauling of Jose Rizal University last Sunday.
